Notification of the Handling of Personal Information
Salesforce.com (hereinafter the “Company”) uses personal information acquired from customers for the purpose of providing webinar, managing the attendance, and improving the quality of service.
The Company will ensure the appropriate acquisition, use, disclosure, retention, and disposal of personal information acquired, and the compliance with the laws and regulations related to personal information. The Company may outsource part of the handling of personal information acquired for the purpose of data processing under the supervision of the Company. The Company may make shared use of the acquired personal information stated above with Salesforce.com group companies all over the world for the purpose of providing better services for customers.
The Company will accept and respond to requests from customers for “disclosure,” “correction, addition, or deletion”, or “veto of use or provision,” of personal information acquired. Please refer to the Company’s Basic Personal Information Protection Policy for detailed procedures.
