Plan Your Implementation
In this video, you will learn how to:

Overview
Watch this video series to help you plan your implementation. The first chapter will focus on two key topics:

We’ll also link you to a Salesforce CRM Getting Started Workbook that provides examples and helps you in documenting pain points, objectives, and more. We’ll also provide additional resources on helping you successfully implement using a partner engagement, as well as anything else that may help you.
Chapter two (the second video) will discuss ways to gather feedback to drive a successful implementation. We’ll also provide guidance on developing a communication plan to get the word out. Communication is one of the most important aspects of ensuring successful implementation because it helps drive adoption.
Chapter three (the third video) will help you identify and prioritize your business objectives and manage your success. Your company has purchased Salesforce to achieve a certain business purpose, so you’ll want to define that purpose, as well as how to measure and prove results. This means identifying pain points and capturing and prioritizing goals in a document. Once you’ve done this, you’ll want to create a plan to measure all of this. This helps you pinpoint what’s working well and identify areas in need of improvement.
Our final video, Chapter four, will demo the concepts we’ve discussed in the previous chapters. We’ll show you the Getting Started Workbook and how it helps you track important aspects of your project. We’ll also show you how to measure progress against your business goals. Finally, we’ll show you how to create a Chatter group to use for collaboration on your project.
